Repair Solutions, established in 2014, was the first Managed Network in SA. We’ve contracted  technical experts in Europe to continuously develop our systems, processes and introduce the latest innovations in SA We have established the first Black Owned network in 2015 The demand for our core values and principles applied to more simple solutions resulted in the establishment of our Assessing and Optimisation solutions in 2016 We currently manage more than 1,700 claims per month We are a Level II BBBEE provider, with majority Black ownership

Peter Todd


Peter is a founding Director of Repair Solutions, a claims management company focussed on the motor repair industry. Peter has consulted widely across the insurance industry as well as to companies looking to branch into the insurance sector, such as mobile network operators, banks and other financial institutions.

Prior to setting up his own business interests, Peter held a number of senior positions in the industry including Chief Executive of Mutual & Federal; Managing Executive for Distribution at Absa Financial Services as well as Managing Director of Absa Insurance & Financial Advisers.

Peter also spent six years in Singapore as the Regional Managing Director of Alexander Forbes Asia Pacific. Here he had responsibility for the Group’s interests in Asia, including operations in China, Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.

Peter has a B.Com LLB degree from the University of Cape Town and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 1996, having served his articles at Jan S de Villiers & Son. Shortly thereafter he joined the insurance industry and held a number of senior positions within the industry in South Africa before taking up the role in Singapore.

Peter has served as a Director on a number of industry Boards, including the South African Insurance Association and is currently President of the Insurance Institute of South Africa. Past directorships include Old Mutual Africa Holdings and Chairman of Credit Guarantee Insurance Company and Director of the Collision Repairers Co-operative.


aleeshenAleeshen is CEO of the Collision Repairers Co-operative and is a founding Director of Repair Solutions, a claims management company focussed on the motor repair industry.

Prior to setting up the Collision Repairers Co-operative as the forerunner to Repair Solutions, Aleeshen was executive director of the South African Motor Body Repairer Association (Sambra). In 2011, Aleeshen formed the Collision Repairers Association which today represents the majority of repairers in South Africa.

Aleeshen has a B.Comm degree from the University of Natal and prior to joining Sambra he had a short stint as a professional cricketer and worked as a manager in a motor body repair shop.

Aleeshen is considered the most influential person in the motor body repair industry in South Africa and has been at the forefront of driving change within the industry, focussed on raising the standards and professionalism of the repair industry and looking for ways in which repairers and insurers can engage constructively. Aleeshen has served on various committees and boards including the VDQGBSA, Ripple Reading and the CRA,CRC and Merseta
