RS utilizes Abuntex as its core assessing system, integrated into our bespoke repair management system SKYE
- SKYE was developed by RS as a repair management system that allows insurers, brokers and eventually clients to track the high-level progress of their repairs, as well as generate detailed MI for insurers on claims costs
- SKYE integrates with Abuntex and the billing system to facilitate MBR payments
- The next generation of SKYE will be a cloud based CRM solution that exposes the current and enhanced functionality in the cloud and is able to integrate with multiple insurer systems
- While not part of the core SKYE system, additional technology solutions such as a claims app that guides the insured through the process of taking photographs of their damage and uploading it to SKYE is being developed
- RS also utilises benchmarking tools to compare efficiencies amongst repairers for specific repairs carried out and uses this benchmarks to help repairers improve their competitiveness
- A car hire management tool will also be developed within SKYE
- Implementing a cosmetic claims specialisation tool from Holland.
